You DO NOT have to choose one of the companies we regularly do business with. The creditor you choose to do business with for the purpose of purchasing our product Is YOUR CHOICE. Factory Showcase Homes does not receive compensation for the loans associated with the product we sell. Any extension of credit Is between you and the creditor. Factory Showcase Homes does not have anything to do with or any effect on your loan terms. Furthermore, Factory Showcase Homes does not charge any loan application or loan administration fees. We simply forward your application, at your request, to the creditors.
